The company evolved as a result of the demand for an innovative, high quality insulated metal SIP panel. The principal of HPBS has over 18 years of dedicated industry experience with both domestic and international projects. By using the highest quality corrosive resistant steel, insect resistant EPS insulation cores, and excellent lamination adhesive, the HP SIP has been tested and certified for use in the most extreme building conditions and environments. The HP SIP is manufactured under a monitored and certified quality control agency program and is engineered and tested to withstand extreme weather conditions and all that nature has to offer.

SIPS —Structurally Insulated Panels

The HP SIPs are high-performance structurally insulated building panels for floors, wall assemblies, and roof systems used for a broad range of construction projects.

Each HP SIP is made using an environmentally friendly, non off gassing, long term durable and consistently performing insect-resistant polystyrene foam insulation securely laminated between two structural skins of corrosion resistant GalvaLume 26 gauge steel. Other surfaces are also available to meet your needs such as fiberglass-reinforced plastics (FRP), stainless steel, and certain custom colors. The result is a high performance building system with components that are extremely strong, predictable, energy efficient, insect-resistant, and complete cost effective building solutions.
